i am working on a client website so i make a home page today .It is a type of telecom company website.
I am looking for someone who is able to design websites and then develop them and make them fully functional as well.For this specific project I am looking for a simple 2-3 page website designed and developed.There are some templates that I have that you may modify to use or you can start from scratch.Must have good communication skills and be able to accomplish tasks in an efficient manner.
