I need to create a Wordpress theme based off of the design I am providing in the attached ZIP file. I also need custom PHP functionality integrated with the theme that I will describe in detail after I talk about the Wordpress theme below.In the attached ZIP file, I have provided saved HTML files in addition to PNG screenshots of how the theme needs to be. I have named the PNG screenshots after the type of page it would be in the theme:'home page.png' - how my home page would need to be laid out (please note: the 'Issues' column over on the left is something I need that will be a part of the custom PHP code I need created - for details, please see below where I talk about the custom PHP code in detail)'blog page.png' - which shows how I need the page to look that displays the list of blog posts'blog post.png' - How an actual blog post page would look'normal page.png' - How a regularly formatted page would look and the widget area would go over on the left in the column.These are all pretty self-explanatory. However, it is the custom PHP work I need done that makes this job unique. 'step1, step2, and step3.png' are part of the custom PHP code I need created.This will be a political activism site for very LOCAL politics within a city. When people come to the home page, they will see the 'Issues' listed down the left side of the page (as in 'home page.png') and these Issues will be added and updated by the admin. If someone sees an issue they want to get involved in, they will click it and then be taken to our version of step1.png.Step 1. User enters name, address, phone, etc. They're then added to an e-mail list (using some PHP code I will provide to integrate with my email list software) and the address info is used to look up their local politicians, ideally using this covertly:http://stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/aldermen/search-for-your-alderman.cfmFrom the data, we want to grab the name and contact info of their Alderman, Congressman, State Senator, and State Representative.And then once we know who the local politicians are, we can display the page in step 2.Step 2. Once we know who their local politicians are, we display a page showing their photo and there are 2 big buttons - one that will automatically EMAIL the politician a pre-written letter (written by admin on the backend when setting up this particular political issue) and the other button will print out the letter on the user's printer so they can mail it in physically. Then after they've done this, there's a 'Next' button to take them to step 3.Step 3. Thank you page and asks them for a donation to the cause - if they choose to donate, I will provide the link to my own checkout system that will do the work from there.On the backend, the admin needs to be able to create 'Issues' which have a name and a corresponding letter or set of letters, which are just text blocks that go into the email or printed in the physical letter that will be sent to the politician.The reason why there could be multiple letters per issue is so we could have a setting that causes only 1 letter to be sent to the politician, or to cycle through the different letters for each user that submits one. So if there were 2 letters and 100 users submitted, the program would send out 50 of one letter and 50 of the other. Or if there were only one letter under that issue, then 100 of the same letter would get sent to the politician.This is basically how the system would work, although there are a few more small details.My main concern right now is, do you think we can grab the politician info using the form I linked to from behind the scenes without the user seeing what we're doing?
