I'm looking for a support person to answer emails from German and English speaking customers. The capacity of work is about 2 hours a day. For workers that are able to work weekends we will have to give priority since emails are coming every day of the week, but it is not a term.Please note a few things -1. The support is for a gaming (online casinos) system we give customers for a free. (some people might have problem with gaming, this is why its mentioned.)2. You will need to answer emails with names of different people, not your name.3. The website you will support is duplicated into many websites so you will need to be dynamic alert with giving customers URL's and email signatures because this can be sometimes confusing and we don't want any mistakes.4. As a new support person you will be guided by our most experienced support person.5. You will get a list of 'ready to be sent' answers so you don't need to write everything from scratch but note that sometimes you will need to write uniqe answers. This is why you need to have level of German and English.6. The rate we are able to pay is $10 and it is not negotiable at this point.7. There will always be someone to help you reply emails you need help with.8. This is a long term job so note that we will need you around for atleast the next 6 months.9. In case you are unable to continue to support we will need a 2 weeks note.Attached are 2 files, the first one is in German and the second in English. Please translate German to English and English to German using the following guidelines -1. Don't translate word by word. Translate in a way that the text reads pleasant and natural. 2. Don't lose any important details of the original text through your translation.If you translate in a level that we are looking for your chances of getting this job are high.Good Luck!
