  “The project description and initial communication with this buyer were very promising. I was expecting a long term relationship with this guy. But after starting the work, he changed a lot of things. But it was not the changes I was disappointed about, it was the way he responded to my work. 'YOU'VE DONE NOTHING' is the phrase he used often. This may have happened due to communication gap and he may be a nice person.   I am developing a website that will allow indie artists to sell their mp3's with most of the payment going straight to them through paypal and a commision going to my paypal account.This project has 2 main parts, first of all I am looking to have my Boonex Dolphin user/group situation changed. The final website will either have 2 levels of members (1 customer and 1 artist) or (my preference) utilize the groups as artists. I like the fact that the groups have 'Fans' (and the whole 'Manage Fans' thing).The second part is giving the artists a 'CD Baby' type sales ability and functionality.   My client has a website built in a .aspx format. I code in php/mysql only and need the site converted over.It must look and work the same. It has 5 or so main pages (home, job search, about us, registration, contact us and some terms and forms) which pull information from the database. It is a recruitment website where new jobs are posted every day. An ajax form appears for people to apply for the jobs and upload their resume.The new site will be housed on my server and I will give you access to the new account and the current account for getting the current files down.The site also has an admin area where the content of the site is managed. Its a really basic CMS (ive attached an image). At present if you add a listing here, it appears on the site. If you edit the content, it doesn't change it on the site...it should.....there's a small error there somewhere preventing that which needs to be looked at in the changeover.There may be a couple of small faults with the site that need to be looked at along the process.The database will obviously need to be converted to mysql...I have a backup of the database but I have no idea what format its in.Absoutly no contact with client - all through me.My client has a website built in a .aspx format. Designer must sign an NCNDA/ non compete and any other appropraite documents with us prior to us hiring them. This is the next facebook/ google idea and can generate billions of dollars annually. This company and website will be going public on the New York Stock Exchange. Willing to work for a % of the company? The site should be:Secure (using SSL)FastSEO Friendly (must)Clean lookingEasy to add and manage account and productEasy to change banners and text on the front pageInvolve a basic forum that is integrated with the auction script (nothing to fancy)I should get the source and this should not be used for any other site.
