Laura A.

I obtained a degree in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. Furthermore, I am registered in the British Psychological Society Register of Competence in Psychological Testing as an Occupational Ability and Personality Testing Specialist. In languages, I am well-versed in English (as a native speaker) and proficient in Italian. I have limited knowledge of French and German. In my work I provide HR and psychometric assessments services and training to HR managers, executives or directors. I am also involved in EU projects drawn from diverse calls and am proficient in quantitative and qualitative research. I have a lot of experience in transcription, data entry and proofreading in English. I am currently studying Gestalt Psychotherapy with a special focus on adults and families. As part of my interest in research, I am a member of the HOPES research network that is a network of academic and NGO personnel with specialist interests in transnational social and public policy, governance and the organisation of social protection within and out-with Europe. I am also interest in market research and focus groups.
