Need some 3 d rendering for a interior of a house. Could work base on 3d space made by sketch up and like to have in 3d maxAnd also have a small animation of that room
I will provide sketchup 3d files of furniture which need to be rendered to look like real furniture with wooden grains and some with colourful finishes. Attached is a sample file for a sofa to be used for a sample render to be provided to see the quality before closing the project. Will have about 300 renders in all. I am attaching 2 sketchup files and a JPG file. You will need to render the sketchup model to look similar to JPG file in wooden color and clarity like the pic and similar background and shadow as in the jpg file. Please make a sample to discuss and take it further.

$100 to $120 per project, due to the short time required. We have many projects coming, so you will have regular work. With our experience with sketchup modelers, our projects typically take only 5 to 6 hours to model in sketch up. we only require exterior modeling. No interior modeling. We would provide you floorplans and elevations from Autocad, and provide some sample sketchup files for guidance on materials, etc. We have paid $100 to $120 per project, due to the short time required.
