  “ All the project details were provider to the writer/service provider and the writer informed me that she would begin 3 days later. I waited for 3 days and then for 2 more days and when I did not get a response, I contacted her. She sent a short reply saying that she won't be able to do the work. This left me with 5 wasted days (which includes 2 days for opening the project and reviewing bids - sheer waste of time and energy ) and NO results.
