“ This is the first time I have used Morphologica. I am very impressed. They produced luxury bathroom scenes for me to showcase our products. I needed scenes in a hurry because I was approaching deadline for a catalog. They did the job fast, were easy to communicate with and produced high res renders quickly. They definitely have architectural/interior designer flair and a powerful machine! Thank you the team at Molo, we'll meet again! This is the first time I have used Morphologica. I am very impressed. “ Very professional and through...A great architect takes the time to understand client's needs and provides solutions based on their budget, and the over-all experience the end project needs to achieve. When you have two such architects working on your project, the end result is going to be A+++.Very professional and through...A great architect takes the time to understand client's needs and provides solutions based on their budget, and the over-all experience the end project needs to achieve. This is going to be an exciting project for someone. We're building next door to the most expensive house in the New Zealand and we need a designer / architect that can create full detailed drawing for a large house - We can supply photos, site elevations / plan. We need someone that can create documents / details that will meet new zealand building regulations and codes. Construction using timber frame and brick veneer with limestone stone trim. We want a creative person to design something similar to the houses that Jaurgui Architects in Austin texas design. This is going to be an exciting project for someone. This overall project is a long strip of land 14 Are (1,400 square meters) long on a sloping hill.; an additional 3 are walkway will be used as a shared access to the Villas and other future residents. These Villas are for rental purposes.. I would like to have 6-8, 1 bedrooms Villas, 2, 5 bedroom Villas, 1-2, 3 bedroom Villas in this complex. Ideally the 1 bedroom Villas should be around 1 Are (give or take)...every Villa should have it's own pool and be private. The Villas that are bigger than 1 bedroom should be 2 story's taking advantage of the beautiful rice field views. Some of the one bedrooms can have a joining door to make them into a 2 bedroom Villa or joined with a 2 bedroom to make a 3 bedroom Villa. The design has to use local materials like coconut beams, limestone and terrazzo walls, iron wood shingles or thatched roofs with modern comfort. Living and dining areas can be open and exposed with fans while the bedroom and bathroom should be air conditioned and covered from the elements. Kitchens should be kept simple as not a lot of cooking is done in Bali villa homes. Seating area should accommodate a minimum of 2 and 4 for additional guest (dining). The TV/entertainment areas should be situated in the living areas where possible (and not in the bedrooms) unless there is no living space. Each bathroom should have a double sink, 1 toilet with guest access. The shower should be covered and be somewhat exposed to a tropical garden view. The bedrooms can have glass walls exposing an illusion of having an extended tropical landscape view with curtains to hide the light when sleeping. The bedrooms should also have clothing storage space and a place to throw clothes on like a bed end bench or chair and a somewhere there should be a full length mirror. The larger units should focus on more living and social space on the ground floor and bedrooms and rice field overview sitting area with TV area on the 2nd floor. Back to back plumbing should be considered as well as co-coordinating plumbing above and below the 2 floors. The pool should be the focal point when walking into the each Villa with a good balance of wood decking and pool chairs. Some curve to the pools would be ideal with waterfall features. Landscape is also very important.I have built 2 beautiful Villas already and you can see pics on my web site www.sandikalavillas.comTerrazzo floors and walls are easy to clean and have a modern look. This overall project is a long strip of land 14 Are (1,400 square meters) long on a sloping hill.; an additional 3 are walkway will be used as a shared access to the Villas and other future residents. I have a one-story building made out of cement block, with a flat roof. I want to build a second-story to this building comprising two thirds of the space, leaving one third as a patio. In order to meet the building code, it has to have an elevator from the bottom floor, as well as a stairwell on the opposite end of the building. There will be one executive office, two administrative offices, a break room, a resource library, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a classroom for about 12 students. Most of the walls will be made out of sliding glass door panels, like our office on the main level. I would like to include solar panels on the roof top. I can add photos of the building, as well as finished drawings from the build out of the office on the main floor, so you are not starting completely from scratch.I have a one-story building made out of cement block, with a flat roof. Some architectural experience will be necessary to achieve the objective, although the designs are potentially to impress visually BUT also pass building regulations therefore must be realistically possible to achieve The project is exterior visualization to Front & Side Elevations, to provide a very modern up to date nice looking shop unit and suitable for any retail or coffee shop/restaurant use.
