  the database need to function as follows: user fills out online query form, information is retrieved based on the cust input and results are emailed to the user along with a thank you or welcome letter. etc... The form contents are then stored in my database for tracking and retreival purposes and I am notified via email of a new user interest in buying a home. I need an admin panel also, were I can log in a update the records and delete old programs that are null and void or update with a note to the user as to if money is available, on hold, or funds are depleated. I need to be able to enter in the information that will be searchable along with program requirements etc...i think a query form would work and I have the form field names to use. The third function is that a bank can also log into their acct or create an acct and fill out a query form with their program information which this information need to able to merge into the database and be retrievable when the user is looking for a program upon my approval and verification. I need to be alerted via email when a new lender has placed a new program and i need to be able to allow permission for the program to be made available after verification at that time the program will need to be immediately placed in the archive of programs and be retrievable upon demand or request for programs...I am looking forward to getting started asap.
