He said me he had experience with wordpress and he showed me a lot of link from his portfolio. I selected him as service provider and then he didn't answer my emails, he didn't do any change on my website and when I managed to contact him after some days, he said me that he can't do the proyect because he has personal problems. I'm working with freelancer.com since more than 5 years ago, and this is the first time that I had a problem with a service provider.
