Even on our first conference call we were impressed with his: command of English, technical expertise and ability to advise us through technical issues. Throughout the project Param continued to display his professionalism and engineering ability. He was also very patient and flexible with the occassional confusions inherent in our technical specifications. And most importantly, in the end, Param and his team delivered exactly what we needed. This provider did not deliver to my expectations.I had specifically written in my bid request, that I need continue communication and a programmer that can work independantly. If I did not follow-up, there would be not questions asked, no programming done. So far, netbabu has worked altogether maybe 5 hours on the project although it has been awarded over a month ago with all deliverables received.netbabu is definitely capable of doing the job, however for some reason we have not connected and i could not continue to drag this on and as such, I take my share of responsibility for this failed project as well.This provider did not deliver to my expectations.I had specifically written in my bid request, that I need continue communication and a programmer that can work independantly. Although we both tried to be clear about the requirements, which to me required a designer, which I thought I had emphasized, eventually netbabu confessed design was not his strength. netbabu created a development site, but a plan for coming up with a design and implementing a drupal theme across new nodes did not eventuate. This is not to say netbabu is poor in what he does. The lesson is that if parties fail to get a proper meeting of minds the chances of success are diminished. I take my share of responsibility for this failed project also.This project did not deliver to my expectations.
