  Layperson requires web designer to design three webpages: 1. First Website - basic informaiton website for primary business that provides overview of business to corporate clients. This website is to be professional in nature but basic in its function. Its aim is to have a 'web presense' rather than to win business. An incomplete website half started by another provider can be found here http://farrellsinvestigationservices.com.au/ - this can be used if possible - discuss. 2. Second Website - similar design to the first website. I want it able to accept audio files and have a paypal linked. The aim will be for a person to send me an audio file and then me bill them and then they pay via paypal. 3. Third website - again similar design to the first. However, this will be for marketing of a start-up business so it will have a different objective to the first website in that it will be trying to win general public into using the service that I will be providing.Layperson requires web designer to design three webpages: 1.
