I formulate & implement Standard Operating Procedures, regularise all administrative regulations, train & coach new admin assistants. I also do liaison with suppliers and am in charge of purchasing of inventory. I also curate the school's monthly circulars and newsletters, and I do editing of reports written by other admin assistants. I also design various forms for the school (i.e registration forms, requisition forms, etc)
