Currently our team members fill out and process waitlist forms on paper by hand and manually check each day if the class requested has become available. We are a business that offers small classes to children in several different skill levels with strict rules to not allow any class to be overbooked. This website will be a digital waitlist and will need to accommodate requests for specific classes, a range of times, 1st choice and 2nd choice or time, as well as families with multiple children. (for example Specific: Level 1 Saturday 8am at location 1 single day range -- any class Monday"s after 4pm - or Multiple day range - Tuesday"s or Thursdays 3pm - 5:30pm ) Waitlist forms need to be able to adjust based on inputs as they are filled out since this will be a single source for 4 separate locations of our business. each location has different hours of operations. Requests once completed need to be able to be sorted based on order in which they are received as well as location, day requested, time requested, class level requested. as requests are processed they will need to be "checked" if the requests was looked at but the class is still not available - "moved" to a separate category if a class is available and was offered to the requesting family - or moved to a "trash" if the request is no longer valid. There also will need to "dashboard" or overview to be able to look at the overall number of requests for each location - number for each level - and number for each day and time. The winner for this project must be able to successfully demonstrate a SIMPLE and EASY to use website that meets the requirements listed above for being able to completely replace our paper form waitlist process.

    I have a Coffee shop in Seattle and have an ever growing customer base. We have a rewards program that gives a free drink to a customer after they purchase 10 drinks. We are using index cards right now and it is a GIANT pain in the ass to fumble through a stack of index cards just to put a checkmark (or the date) into a box to keep track of there purchases while the line is building up.. AND we typically do not know that they are due a free drink until we pull there card which typically happens after the purchase.. I use my IPhone contact list as an example of what Im looking for. Im looking for a simple * Touch Screen software program that Is Very similiar to the IPhones contact list where I can scroll with my finger down to the name Im looking for... Select that name,.. bring up there "File" and add the quick "1 touch" piece of info. that indicates the purchase and then move on with the next sale. I would like a few different fields for notes or whatever on each file but the main thing is to easily and quickly scroll to the name and Easily and Quickly add a 1 touch checkmark. I like the idea of the IPhone having the alphabet on the side so i can quickly page down to the correct letter and then scroll from there rather than having to take the extra time to scroll from the A"s to the Z"s.I would also like a limited "Customer only screen" that allows customers within the shop to check there account at any time before or after the sale to check there progress or any info. from any field WE deem important for them to see. Obviously the "Customer Only screen " would have very limited Data base access..Also. from that "Customer only screen" we would like to let the customer have the ability to add a new account for there initial sign up.and thats about it..It would be nice to have some very basic information Management and review tools. There are a lot of factors like each customer (example: Mercedes,BMW,Ford) having a different price, some have prices per Mile/Km, others have Fix prices for locations (example: car being driven from Paris to Berlin: 500€). Other factors are the driver salaries: There are drivers with a monthly salary, hourly salary and the ones with fix-per-job-percentage. So there should be some database with the users, type of user etc where all these factors can be calculated.What we have now:We have a collection of Excel files (will be provided). So you should be familiar with MS Excel to see through the syntax and the file correlations. Basically every file is linked with each-other and every file is drawing data from each-other. The company is slowly but steadily growing and its gotten to a point that the Excel files take A LOT of time to save/load.Must have:-Browser support. The whole thing must be run through a Browser, Mobile or Desktop, so I guess a safe option would be PHP/Mysql.-Must be expandable. We will need more features in the future. If you are not willing to be in contact with us, please write the Software cleanly so that other people can expand it. If you are willing to work with us in the future, we will be grateful!-Not too heavy.     Alright, I will try and give this a shot (again), and see where I end up with it.I am looking for a capable programmer to get me a news website which looks like this: http://www.n e t t a v i s e n.no. It has to be different in theme of course, but it has to basically have the same functionality. To sum up most of it, here is a little list:a. it HAS to display the news items just as in the website I have given as an example. Anything else is not acceptable.b. it has to feature a premium membership part, which includes also implementing a CCBill solution to posts which requires premium to access.c. article header image HAS to be auto adjustable, so that you get a big one when you enter an article, and a small one on the front page. This also includes when the newsitem is on top of the page, which displays a bigger picture. d. it has to feature articles that will have a front image which will be displayed on the front page, then when a user clicks on it, it will take you to the article, but the header image must be replacable with a flash gallery or video option. e. incorporate both video and flash image gallery options to posts with ease, in a no hassle solution which lets us just add images or upload a video, and it will automatically work with the article.f. banner spaces like in the website mentioned above. Within the software, I want a menu which lets me put the banners in place WITH EASE, and if there is no banners there, the website will automatically correct for it, and display articles instead.g. article header text as shown in the example website has to work properly. I dont want any "read more.." thing, only make the text clickable works wonders.h. within every article category, there has to be a way for people to browse backwards in time, with older posts like you can do in joomla or in wordpress. i. it has to be loved by search engines of course, and optimized for the robots which will probe it. j. as seen in the example website, i also want the "last updates", "most viewed" and "new blog post" as shown below the main menu. the smaller menu inside will not be included in our setup, and can be ignored.k. as said before, i dont want a carbon copy, i want something which works the same way, but with some differences in style. as you can see from the example website, the news items display in a random pattern where some has bigger images than others, some has no images, and so on. It looks like this so it looks interesting. I want it that way as well.This is the gist of it, basically. There are extras here and there, but not much else. It is important that the website works, and that it is very easy to use, both for administrators within the admin part, and users who come to visit it.I want each and every one of you who bids to make it sure that you can do this job before applying with your bid. And I do mean this. Go to the example website and scroll it up and down, go into articles and find out if this can be done within your skill set. Bidding for this job and not being able to do it is just silly. It will cost you a lot of time and effort for nothing. So make it sure you can.The solution will be developed on YOUR server, wherein you will deliver a complete product to me when it is done. I will not provide you with a webhost where you can develop it, so make sure you have one yourself.Also, there will be NO advance payments whatsoever. If you can"t take on a job without asking endlessly for advance payments, do not bid. I will pay in full when the job is done. Any requests for this will be reported as a violation of our contract to Freelancer. One final thing. I will be happy for you to use any CMS of your choice, be it Joomla, Drupal or whatever. I am not asking for a whole new software package. If an existing CMS can be modified to do as I am after then do it. I am setting max bid to 1500 USD, seeing as I am pretty sure an existing CMS will be used.
