  I have a logo that was sketched by hand and then scanned. We need someone who is good in illustrator to trace the logo into a vector format and make a few adjustments to the design. I tried all the live trace options available so they wont work because of the image quality, you"ll need to trace this or draw it by hand. I will attach samples of the goal we are trying to acheive. They will be displayed on the shop sign with the other food vectors we already have so we need to have consistency. The 4 new illustrations we need are; 1. sandwich or a roll or a wrap, 2. salad,3. milkshake or drink, and 4. coffeePART 2. We previously had a logo designed by a designer and we are happy with it, but the charcoal/blk on the red background doesn"t show up very well from a distance , e.g shop front... so we are trying to work out the best colour scheme; Colour schemes (3 new colour schemes for the whole logo, including the 4 new food/drink vectors) Our ideas for Colour Schemes; 1. Red background, everything else white (subtext, MOJO"S, the apostrophe and food vectors all white). 2. Red background, food vectors and the "MOJ S" in white. Can you then make the subtext and the O" black but with a white outline around the letters? 3.   Hi,We need to create some new illustrations of our "Chef" mascot.Current we have him used in our logo and doing some basic things (such as pointing), however we want to have him doing more.We have found a series depicting another cartoon character on a stock image site (see links at bottom of this project description).We would like to copy / recreate these images replacing the character with our "chef". The other "prop" graphics (such as clocks, phones, etc) can remain the same or change slightly to our brand color where necessary. I would like a quote "per picture" (price and estimated time).   My team are undergoing a major transformation program which will take about 18 months to 2 years. I spend a lot of time talking to people about this, both in my team and outside it. I would like to have a way that I can explain certain aspects of the program visually, because otherwise it"s a lot of words and bullets on a PowerPoint which is boring and ineffective.The first message I want to convey is the extent of the challenge and how it will take time and a lot of shared effort on many small things which might not always seem relevant but overall will make a difference. The other message is why we need to change, and that it will be hard because we have to keep things going. Other relevant information: we are a technical team inside a public company.The analogy I"m using a lot is that we are like a penny farthing bike, that we need to convert into a state of the art car (and eventually a jet, then a rocket) while continuing to keep running all the while.
