Ramkumar has got to be one of the most talented, honest and hardworking person I've ever worked with. Wish we could continue to work with him, but our schedules have changed and it is difficult to continue. It is unfortunate that this contract has to end, but we hope to keep in touch and work again in the future. If you have an opportunity to work with him don't think twice to hire him, you won't regret it.
Great person and skilled programmer.
Ramkumar is a great and talented Ruby on Rails Developer. hi ramkumarmk,i really enjoyed the work you did on the chef recipes. I"m starting to use them in the project I need them for, and there are some which I"d like you to improve upon.i estimate it"ll take about an hour or so, but if it takes you less time then rounding up to an hour is fine by me, :).Does the same rate as before sound good?1. Please make any changes to this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Arz9m7kPFhd8dExEVnV4SXpld3FuRnMyLWZhYkFuMHc2. Here are the changes to make:bash_profile_* - they all take the form "This recipe includes the "aliases" action from the bash profile.". what is the aliases action? can you add a sentence about what that action does? (there are about 7 of these)defaults_fast_key_repeat_rate - sets the rate to what?git_config_global_defaults - configures them to what?global_environment_variables - edits them to what?increase_shared_memory - increases it to what?keyboard_preferences - typo, any more specific?locate_on - huh?terminal_focus - a bit more information would be nicetextmate_bundles - what bundles?window_focus - a bit more information would be niceworkspace_directory - typo. huh?here are 2 new chef recipes, please write descriptions for these:https://github.com/pivotal/pivotal_workstation/blob/master/recipes/shiftit.rbhttps://github.com/pivotal/pivotal_workstation/blob/master/recipes/vagrant.rbThanks a lot, and I really appreciate your hard work.

End-to-end rails app for a SaaS application.Screenshot: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4140629/agileretro_workflow.pngIn essence, this app should allow a user to create an account, and for that account that user can have multiple teams, and for each team the user can create a "retro". The user can then also view past retros and purchase more teams (by default each user gets 1 team for free upon signup). The app page breakdown (see screenshot, note the screenshot is missing page (1)):1) Home page2) Main app page3) Create retro page4) Past retro page5) Team management page1) A home page with a sign up button (as a dialog, which takes you to the "main app page" on completion of either sign up or sign in). By default on signup, users get 1 free team to create a retrospective which they must input in the signin dialog form, which should ask for their email, password and their first free team"s name (no need for email verification). Also the sign up / sign in button should stay in the top right of a navigation bar that should be on each page.2) The main app page has three buttons, "START RETRO", "VIEW PAST RETROS" and "ADD/MANAGE TEAMS", which take you to pages 3, 4 and 5 respectively. Above the "START RETRO" button is a drop-down for team selection and a name for the retro. After filling in these (required fields) and clicking "START RETRO", the user is taken to page 3 with the following two fields being passed through and populating the title of the page.3) The two fields from page 2 will populate the title. On the page a user enters free text and then from a dropdown chooses "Good", "Bad", or "Improve" and next to that selects a "+" icon or similar. After clicking that, the data should save in a table beneath under the headings, "Good", "Bad" or "Improve" depending on what the user selected in the dropdown. This should be done in angular. When a user is ready and clicks "END RETRO" all of this data should be stored in the database and takes the user to page 4.4) On page 4 should be a table showing past created retros for that account user. It should show the team name, retro name, creation date (sorted by default as most newly created) and a summary heading which should be a CSV of the retro"s data, in a tabular format matching that on the entered data on page 3.5) Teams can be added or their names edited here. If you click edit, the team name should be editable (or greyed out if it"s not clicked). The edit button should then change to save so a user can save the team"s changed name. If a user would like to add a team there should be a button which integrates with Stripe payment (https://stripe.com/). You should set this up but I can change the pricing and put in the keys, but it needs to be linked in the backend with user accounts because this would be for monthly payments. A user should also be able to change their password for the email they signed up with, but not their email on this page as well. That"s it! Any questions, please let me know.Note that the attached screenshot is incomplete and I"ve mentioned a few more things in the above description.

Hi, You have some good reviews so hoping we can work together. I want to build a simple ruby on rails app to help people manage their knowledge. This app is a way to collect sources of content (text, video, pictures) by theme and then organise the order of that content to "connect the dots" between knowledge pools.I don"t have existing designs and am happy to use whatever forms ROR provides for this MVP. I need a total of six screens and am also attaching sketches for most of them. I can pay $125 for this project and I hope we can work together.1) Login screena) Sign up via emailb) If social login like Facebook or Twitter can be included within buudget then great, and if not then just email login2) View projects screena) Users are directed here after logging inb) Can see all the project they"re working on and can also start a new project from here3) Add content screen, which includesa) Drop down from where user can select existing project title or add a new titleb) Insert picture (choose existing or pull in via web link) or insert video (pull in via web link) - optionalc) Add text content manuallyd) Search field for "who said it?", as seen in sketch, where people can look up the person whose text, picture or video it is, for eg Richard Branson; would like to see a small thumbnail and name of person in search; people can also select themselves as the author; e) Invite friends to collaborate on a project. Invited friends get edit rights to the project and the project is added to their dashboard when they sign up4) View content screen:a) Want to see picture of person and content as seen in sketchesb) Want to see added content appear alternatively, like a Whatsapp screen layoutc) All content in this screen can be rearranged in terms of ordering and editedd) A search function on this screen to look for specific words or phrases like a Ctrl+F function. For terms found through this search would like the options to add a highlight, bold or italicise and a "remove formatting" optiond) An "add more content" button at the bottom5) Edit profile viewa) Edit email and passwordb) Add profile photo option (not in sketch but would like to include)6) CMSa) I can see list of users and the content they are addingb) Can delete users from this viewc) Can delete content form this viewd) The ability to add photos and names of people for the drop-down "Who said it?" in the "Add content screen"All done in ruby on rails. Let me know if you can help! Thanks.
