A disaster! We already support a range of cameras so the Project Description was simple, cookie cutter the integration of another camera, we will supply you with a template camera, source code, binaries, test rig, remote desktop connection, demos, reasonable amounts of help, SDK, and documentation etc.Despite hundreds of emails James would only code the most narrow interpretation of a subsection of our project description. When we pointed out that his functionality did not match that of the test camera we supplied as a reference (along with matching source code, binaries, demos etc.) he would ask for additional information. However, if we provided any additional information he would cry foul saying that this information was not in the Project Description. If we said, fine then just code as per the Project Description, he said that he did not have enough information! Impossible.Unprofessional, unreliable, actually pretty rude and most importantly a complete waste of time.

    ravenspoint's reply:

A very difficult person to work with. Although this was a fixed price contract, he continuously attempted to add extra features in addition to those agreed to. I did a couple extras and then called a halt. He still kept on trying to extend the scope of the work without offering any payment, attempting to get his way by threatening to write a bad review. Avoid this buyer!

We need a bridging software running on WINDOWS to receive and send commands and data between game software running TCP/IP SOCKETS and a SERIAL DEVICE attached to the Windows PC.Buffering may be required in order not to loose packets and initialisation in order to recognise and connect with SERIAL DEVICE and the HTML5 Game SOFTWARE. Preference will be for the Bridging Software to be started by the Game Software but for them to be two separate processes running on the WINDOWS OS.Bridging software will have its own Text Editable setup file for its own startup settings. This will include but not limited to IN and OUT BUFFER SIZE and SOCKET.

I am needing a small piece of software made with the following requirements. We will be receiving data via some hardware and need to send this data as soon as it is received via the SNPP protocol.Ideally there will be a window which will show all the messages that have come into the softwareThe messages would need to be send instantly via SNPP, and have the ability to process more than one at a time, as often messages arrive at the same time or within seconds of each other. Some messages also come in two parts, so these would have to be joined into a single part message before being sent out. I will need to be able to specify in a setting somewhere what the SNPP addresses are.

Good afternoon,I just joined this site about 15 minutes ago hoping to find an individual with exactly your skills.I"m involved in a startup company in Ottawa (very early stages), and the service requires NFC badge readers.I see you"ve done some work with RFID. If you are comfortable signing an NDA, I"d like to discuss the project in more detail with you.At a high level, I need a c# library to read a badge from an ACR122U NFC reader.please ignore the price listed, as I think we"d need to discuss the project in more detail first. Thanks,Dave
