I have a completed project from the USA that I just with to edit somewhat for Australian standards, and then have this final turned into a PDF optimised for screen viewing on iPad. The individual page image files were created in Photoshop, and the AI (Illustrator) file with all of the Photoshop files placed is included, as are all fonts used. There is also a low-res PDF for reference that we will work from emailing back and forth with the changes.   I'm just starting up a small business, I teach yoga from a studio I built in my back garden in Australia. The yoga name is Surya Tara Yoga(this means sun and star yoga in sanskrit, as these are the names of my children). I now need a logo in order to start marketing my studio. I tendtowards the traditional swirly patterns, but then am also lured by the simple clean lines logos around. The jpeg of the book cover is one I have admired for a while, but it's a but grainy and not clean enough. I think we need something simpler, and less heavy, although I like the idea and the colours used. The jpeg of the three balls in purple, green and blue are the three colours which my studio is based around therefore I'd like to keep to those colours. The font I'd like to be interesting and funky, but easy to read (as some people can't pronounce the name, it needs to be clearly written). The third photo of someone meditating in front of a sunset is one I have used before, but it is now the wrong colour, and maybe isn't right. I have sent a few photos of other logos from the net which I admire, and I do tend towards someone meditating in the centre of a lotus flower, but this is very common, so am not sure, as I'd like something original.   We want to improve our website. We recently uploaded a Joomla website with Virtuemart, changing it from a previous content management system. We are still using our old website, www.scalesplus.com.au because there are some important features we need to be working properly on our Joomla website. Here are 3 areas we need work on: 1- When a customer goes to checkout, we want the shipping costs to show before they enter their address. We want it so that they first select their country, and if they want express or standard shipping, then it shows the shipping cost. We have only 3 differences in shipping costs. Shipping within Australia they can select Express or Economy, and internationally the cost is the same no matter what the country. Our live website does this at checkout www.scalesplus.com.au The customer sees the shipping cost first when they enter checkout. We need this done in Joomla \ Virtuemart. At the moment on our Joomla website, the customer needs to enter all of their details so that they can see the shipping costs. This is bad.2- We need the overall design and layout of our website to be improved. We want the side menu and top menu design improved, we want the background improved, we want photos in appropriate places. We want the website to be easy for customers to navigate and order from us, or contact us if they need more information. We want our Contact Us page to be improved, so it looks professional. 3- Where our products have tables showing specifications, we want the tables fixed. The lines in the tables are broken. The above is the main work we need done in improving our website.
