I own a Real Estate Lead Generation company and I am looking to build another site that is a simple site. I will explain it step by step. A back end would need to be built for Real Estate Agents to purchase Cities or zip codes and purchase through paypal for billing. As a City or Zip Code is sold it would come out of inventory so nobody else could buy it. I would also want a tracking system so the Real Estate Agent could see how many times a consumer clicks on the City or Zip Code that they purchase.1. Front Page would be very simple. A Search bar that has a field for City name, a drop down state menu and field for Zip Code. The consumer should be able to enter city and state OR enter the zip code. We are a family owned, small real estate company in Costa Rica and need a freelancer to create a HTML5 application for mobile devices, along with a VERY BASIC web site for it, in case the visitors are using a desktop pc, and not a mobile device.We will be using the application for people to be able to search for properties in Costa Rica.Now... things in Costa Rica are obviously different than in the US. We are looking to build a website that has the following options:### CMS ###- Simple CMS functionality for simple adaptation of pages in the website.- Administrator of the webiste must be able to create and edit pages, which must be shown at the 'Menu' part. I am looking for some one to set up a Joomla web site for Luxury Vacation Rentals. Please submit your portfolio via link of work that you have done along with your email and other contact info. The web site must have a image gallery for each luxury rental, with detailed information about the rental. Also have a search pull down menu for each property. When the client or viewer is looking at each property it must have a save for favorites button. Also after the viewer or client is finished previewing each property it must have a inquire button and at that point it must be able to notify us via email of what property they are inquiring about .I would also like a review area for each property that the client has rented. I will do all the image uploading, including text. I will also take care of all the SEO work as well. Once I see your work and I reply we can proceed from there. I will show you examples of web sites that I like to give you a better idea. I have a server already set up with Joomla and a Joomla for wordpress program.
