Website will have 3 separate pages with varoius forms that collect information about the visitor (it will collect similar information as the http://www.military.com/military-spouse-education site). Website will also have about 4 additional static pages that do not have any forms or collect data (about us, history, contact us, etc.)2. Information collected in the forms will be formatted into an email and sent to an email address.3. Affiliate tracking id feature will be utilized so that a unique URL extension will generate a code assigned to the collected information that is emailed in step 2 so I can track where the lead was generated from4. Artwork and design will be similar to the http://www.military.com/military-spouse-education website but must be slightly different.I will set up a domain that is hosted on GoDaddy.com with features that you specify. I will have 3 other domains that will have mirror sites that are virtually identical but with different domain names and titles and artwork.
