He turns out to be very incompetent and started accusing me instead of being responsible of his work. Missed a deadline and even after that showing no professionalism and determination to finish the work in hand.So, i decided not to work with the service provider anymore. I paid him for two milestones but in fact he hasnot finished the first one.I would like to know what are my options here . I would like to recover the payments made to him. But at the same time I want to be fair, I agree to pay him for work done so far. I want to use the contact-form as an order-form for the different products I am offering. That means the contact-form (.fla, .xml and .php files) must be edited with additional fields (like product, size, quantity, color, telephone# of customer, 'accept terms and conditions'-button [with link to terms and conditions], a product and final-amount-counter [with shipping] etc.). All of these options should be editable in the xml file.When order is sent I (Administrator) want to receive a confirmation email showing me the general info, the ordered products and the total amount.   I recently purchased a website that operated with its own CMS. It has news, reviews, features, and a DVD collection area. However, the CMS was created by a professional who was not involved with the website anymore and therefore, I bought the website but it's mainly just a SQL dump (91 MB) that needs to be formatted into the new website, which is run off of Joomla 1.5. I have a template already, but I'd like all the related sections to be placed into Joomla. The old website pulled data from the forum database, I believe. I'd also like my vBulletin to match the look of the website.
