Hello all, I need a form setup that will allow my users to send me information and upload files from. The script will need to be database driven so it stores all submssions and uploads. This should be accessable from a password protected, administration panel. Admin panel will need to be able to search, sort, print and export data fields into excel. Form will need to have the following criteria:- security image window (where submitters have to type a security word) (will provide all the form fields to successful bidder)- "text" template based email auto responder for submitting. (will need to be able to add in {first_name} {last_name} {item_name}into the email to make it more personal. - Thank you for submission page, redirects back to home page after 5 seconds.- Each submission will need to be given a unique numerical Order Number per submission. This will also need to be a searchable field from the admin listing. - I need the option to approve a submission and then still have the ability to delete, or edit it after its been approved.- In the Admin section I need a drop down to be able to make the item approval required (auto set after its submitted), on hold, item sold (If I change it to sold, I need an option to tick off to send notification to submitter), 24 reserve, return, seller picking up, send to auction, at auction, send to donate, donated, send to dump, dumped these will keep the item the database, but remove it from public listing until I place it back to "active" then it returns it back to the listing.
