  This project will server two purposes. The development of an admin panel for the staff of my company and a member"s area for access of our clients.1. A page for each of my key staff members, where we can outline our movements on a weekly basis for all other staff to see. 2. A full database of our clients" details, updateable by the clients themselves. 3. Timesheet submission, to allow our clients to submit online a timesheet in a format which allows them options re currencies, rates etc., and which we will use to raise an invoice on their behalf. 4. Expenses claim forms, where our clients can submit expenses claims which we will use in their calculation 5. PDF upload, which allows us to upload documentation which they can read in pdf format from their own private area Other aspects of the back office pages are general information available to all clients who have password access, and there is also functionality which allows us to post global messages for all clients (e.g, the office will be closed on December 25 and 26 for Christmas holidays), or specific messages for individual clients (e.g. dont forget your Swedish tax payment is due on May 31). When posting either specific or general messages, or uploading a pdf document, an e-mail is automatically generated to the client at the e-mail address logged on his members details page.Please only experienced programmers need to submit a bid for this project.   I have created several short animations to be published on a website. I have not been able to successfully view these files online because I do not have a full understanding of preloaders and flash players. My server is ready for flash, but I lack the knowledge to make it all happen correctly. What I need, is for someone to create a script that will provide streaming/progressive downloading of my flash files so that they play immediately with the push of a button. (and of course finish downloading in the background) This action script needs to be in a "template" setting so that the only thing I have to modify on the action script, is the title of the .swf file that is to be played.
