Clinic Management System(repost)

Sanatan neglected to upload the deliverables to the site (contrary to his contract) and made vWorker unable to fairly test the program versus the employer's bug list. Per Sanatan's contract for this situation, he forfeits the arbitration and was warned to not do this again.
