    I have entered accounts for the period Oct 2012 when we started trading until end March 2014. There are 3 remaining items to do before I can submit to the quickfile.co.uk accounts for the 2013 and 2014 year ends.1. I entered the Income for a USD contract we did from March 2013 until March 2014 incorrectly. All FX services are on statements on a google drive I will share2. I have not entered the offshore ODesk expenses I incurred since the start of our software product development. These are on 2 credit cards and run from January 2010 until early 2013, generally 1 a week, then a new set from late in 2013. These could be summed up and claimed with a few entries. We can probably claim most of the credit card interest too, as the card was only used for a few travel expenses other than the main ODesk expenses, therefore some calculation required to eliminate the interest on the travel expenses. Probably best to do a spreadsheet for the expenses and interest charges. Clearly I want to spread the expense claims to make sure we remain within our £8105 (2013), £9440 (2014) income allowance for each year, for the 2 directors. Frist credit card expenses are on scanned statements on the google drive3. Make sure the whole accounts balance before you enter quickfile"s year end accounting service.
