Seeking a developer to design and build a flash sale site. The site will function like GiltGroupe.com, but has a deal of the day layout similar to Groupon.com and LivingSocial.com.This is an ecommerce site, so it must be able to handle secure payments. Each deal will be offered on a limited time or quantity basis, so this functionality needs to be automated and easily managed on the back-end. We would like to work with someone who can provide sample web design work. We have determined the content layout, but have yet to construct a mock up. We have a logo and color scheme in mind but have not finalized anything yet. Ideally, we would like to work with an expert programmer who is also an exceptionally gifted and creative designer to help with all aspects of the look and feel of the site. Site functionality requirements:Easy to use back-end admin interface6 different page layouts that we have already conceptualizedAbility to post deals with the following criteria:o Deal description and pictureo Discount rate Reg price/deal price/% savingso Automated timer/end date (deal no longer available after specific time/quantity sold)Ability to archive daily offering page and have most recent deals auto-formatted (resized picture and shorter deal description) and populated to fit on a recent deals page. Something like this: http://livingsocial.com/cities/60-orange-county/deals/pastAbility to categorize dealsSign up/data capture functionality A My Account page that keeps track of purchase activity, funds available, etc.Reporting abilities to track purchases, monitor purchase details (i.e. deal conversions, time of day, geographic location), identify trends, etc.Ability to share deals/account activity on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, etc.Automated email confirmation sent after purchaseThere are a few other proprietary ideas we would like to integrate and will discuss with potential partners once we have entered into a non-disclosure agreement. We are interested in getting this project done cost-effectively, but will not be selecting a vendor based on the lowest price. We are more concerned with finding the best programming/designing talent so that we can forge a long-term, mutually beneficial partnership. This project is time sensitive so we plan to make a decision quickly. We have a project manager that will work closely with the vendor to ensure swift completion of the website. We expect our vendor to be able to produce a site for beta testing within 30 days from contract date.If you feel that you are the right fit for this project, please send us a note stating your case and provide sample design work or site URLs you have built in the past. We will use that information to qualify and narrow down the list candidates. At that point, we will be in touch to discuss the project in greater detail, gather references, and make a final decision on our partner in this venture.Seeking a developer to design and build a flash sale site.
