We need a Web Design expert to create a Layout of our page. We only need the PSD files and no coding is required for this project (If PSD is no availible, then we accept PNG). However, the layout would need to be a high quality. Our budget for this design project would be 30$-70$. We are in financial service for all ppl (particularly students). On our website we will offer unique financial service. (Something like Monthly Invest Program). We prefered light blue, dark blue colour, light green but we are open to change it.Structure of Website:1. Header1 (here will be basic information size ~h7, like contact number, language change)2.
