OverviewIt's an online portal that allows employers coordinate the Interview Process for the hiring of staff in a professional and highly efficient manner. The aim is to get from the start of the campaign through the interviews to final decision making on whom to employ as quickly and efficiently as possible. It delivers on the following:1. Arranges the candidates profile in a consistent manner across assessors ensuring a standardised uniform template is used while interviewing2. Allows for multi-stage interviews where candidates can be moved from one stage to another after screening and shortlisting by the Campaign Owner.3. Allows assessors easily record their scores, remarks and recommendations for a particular candidate4. Eliminates the usual tedious transcription of interview notes and paper shuffling between participants5. Provides a solution for the assembly, storage, retrieval and circulation challenges of candidates files associated with the interview process, with the interviewer all candidates records are captured, held and shared electronically. All information on a Candidate is also held together.6. Collaboration on one platform which drastically improves turnaround-time and overall quality of the process7. Allows the Campaign Administrator have an overview of the campaign: a. Campaign Tracking b. Candidate TrackingArchitecture Elements1. The system will be web-based (App for tablets), cloud hosted system that will be available online.2. The system will also have offline elements and capabilities. Download and Upload functions will be built to ensure that data collected centrally can be saved locally. Also activities carried out locally, can be saved centrally. Synchronisation rules for resolving conflicts will be simple. (Phase II of the project)3. The system will be allowed to integrate to other services and applications. Potential Integrations to the following should be looked at: E-Recruitment Application which has Candidates Profiles Scholarship Applications which have Candidates Profiles Verification Portals which have Verified Candidates Profiles For unique identification, integration to an Identity Platform may be required.4. Explore integration with video storage utilities such as YouTube for Non-Interactive Assessments and Video Conference/Collaboration tools like Skype etc. for remote interactive interviews.5. Explore sms gateway for delivery of sms with intelligent delivery reports.6. Explore Apps for deployment via tablets (Android and IOS) to allow assessors conduct interviews using IPADS or any Android Tablets. (I guess they can also simply access it by a web browser on the mobile device).7. It will be a single system that will allow many Organisations and Companies access to the application. Each company/organisation will have its own Admin and will have access only to areas that concern that Organisation.

I wrote a program last year and I would like to have some changes made to it. I don't have the time to do this myself. There is less than 2K lines of code and most can be copy/pasted.
