In above chart it shows persons shift. H is for Holiday.It also shows which shift has how much strength and total strength for the day.Now any shift person can swap his shift with other persons shift. This does not count as leave, as the other person will return the leave on his week-off.So what is required is to Ad a departmentAdd employees.Add their shiftsTheir week-offsSwap form (If a person is swapping, it should automatically update the roster as well)Swap forms are filled and approved by respective manager/Leader.Once a swap is approved, it should update the roster.A person has now accumulated say 12 leaves and he wants to go for a vacation for 5 days.
