We need to have a 1 page HTML of a psd within next 3 hours. We can also send you the PSD and or the old html/css as well. You can either fix all the issues very quickly or you can create new html css within next 3 hours. Only experienced html/css/js coder required. Also you need to add the tooltil into some portion of the html page. And it will be a table of html but needs to be perfect with the PSD. Please bid quickly as we are going to select the winner very quickly. We have a very small budget i.e. 10 USD; so, only individuals are invited to place their bid who are 100 percent confident to deliver the HTML in 3 hours upon the selection. Happy bidding. Please do not bid if you do not have any experience as the project must be done today and for an expert it is a job of couple of hours. Winning bidding will get lots of future job.
