  We have a Flash project that is 99% complete but the developer cannot finish it. We believe all that is left is to create some pop up balloon / box when the mouse hovers over certain elements and the display text within them.Also there may be an issue with how this file is synced as it seems to play differently on different computers. There is a video of a aircraft descent which is meant to be inline with some animation.We're looking for someone who can complete fix this very quickly.We are always looking for a good Flash pro who can help us supply our clients with flash elements in a timely manner.
