    Alex's team had great expertise. We've tried to work with other teams with 5*star ratings on various job boards, and normally they do not deliver.     Hello,I have several Magento stores utilizing Ultimo-theme. Some of these stores do only sell a few products and there is one main product for these stores which I want to display on the home page (cms index) utilizing Ultimo"s product view page. The best solution would be to add it with some kind of code in the home page cms.     Hi there,I would like you to quote me on some modifications I need done to my Vtiger customer portal. I will try and explain as best I can. Please contact me for any specifics that I have missed.-Basically I want my clients to create repair tickets in the trouble ticket section of the customer portal. As you probably know there are only a few fields available when creating “new tickets”. I would like to add a few custom fields, remove some existing fields and change the labels of some existing fields in the “new ticket” form. It probably goes without saying that once they submit the data it needs to populate the database and be visible to me in the admin area and also the user in the customer portal.- My next problem is that I use PDF Maker for my Invoice and Quote templates, but when you download invoices or quotes from the customer portal it uses the default vtiger template. Is there a way to use the templates that I have created with PDF Maker to download the invoices and quotes in the customer portal?- Next I need some help with workflows. I have created a test workflow to send a custom email template to clients when they create a new ticket, but the email never gets delivered. I have read that it has something to do with cron jobs not being activated but don’t have the knowhow or time to do this. I also want to create a workflow to send custom email templates when the “status” of a ticket is updated.
