We are looking for help in advertising our vacation rental in multiple nearby cities at the same time.
I would like you to take a look at only-apartments dot com and I would like you to create for me a similar site.The site should be built in a way that I'm able to upgrade to other languages. So I need a built in scelenton for this.As you see on the site I need:Complete custom website design Users Registration Post Apartments/Properties. [Full details like size, bedrooms, etc] Conditions Multiple photos will be uploaded for properties. Some description for the Property can be added. Property Owner Can post available dates to book[using calender]. When and appalrtment is posted I should be able to activate the apartment and I would like to be able to create a map for the apartment(how the rooms are, where are the beds and so on) The calendar should have a low a mid and a high season price setting. The owner who rents an apratrment added to the three described seasons should be able to increase the price of the apartment for a few days too (by using % from 10%-100%. Guests can post booking requests if dates available. Search Properties/Apartments Basic & Advanced Search Visitors can post comments on apartments Option to Rate on Property Comment Analysis show. Manage myList. Admin to Manage the front end section as well. I wold like you to build the site in a way that when someone comes from google for example from Germany if the German language is in the (for example) XML file as a possible language the visitor will see the site in German. I don't want you to fill the languages in the system just make it possible for me to make the described solution. In case the language is not built in the system I would like it to appear on English.I would like to be at the low level of the budget mentioned. Please if you bit give me expample projects you made without that don't even try.Thank you!
