  We"ve a number of sites and a more few sites to develop shortly and wish an SEO person to call upon to review the sites, offer advice and do some SEO work.Please dont send bids offering link building packages and offers etc.So we are on the same wavelength in my mind SEO can be pretty complex in implementation logistics -- but the ideas for what is required on the website side are pretty simple but often gotten totally wrong. I feel what is needed and in some sprt of order:- 1) Good site structure/architecture : visibility of logical nested text links going down page by page incorporating the right sort of pages for user & seo good internal linking to maximise efforts2) Optimisation of individual pages : Meta data URLS Page content - seo writing, header tags, tagging images etc style sheets for where content/links appear to spiders3 Off page : Exactly - lots of things ;-)I"m after someone good to work with who has a good overview of all the above and who is used to working with Joomla, ASP.NET, WP and Php. Or who specialises in one or two of them.Someone who knows that we need to achieve 1, 2 etc on the different platforms and who knows how to do it - so up to date. We"re not talking about sticking in a bit of URL rewriting and getting it "sort of OK" but looking to do a proper job.Good comms are obviously essential. Please can you quote your hourly rate and state experience. The redesigned site is currently hosted at RealtorLeads.net....Here are some initial observations that will also need to be rectified....1. There are no include files... You will need to create these..2. There are multiple CSS sheets depending on the version of IE. You will need to fix this...3. All the meta info (title, description, keywords etc.) needs to match the original site4. All the pages that aren"t being used will need to be removed....5.
