Hi, I am looking for App developers / companies to build an app for both iphone and android phone platforms.This app requires one main splash page to be built, the rest of the build requires an experienced code writer to make the app function the way I want it to on both phones.Without giving to much away I need my app to launch and give the user options as soon as either the iphone or android gets an incoming call. As the phone is ringing the app needs to give the user a few options via a splash page that sits over the normal answer/reject call screen that come standard on the phone. The android code would be similar to ( http://www.mattquiros.com/blog/2012/10/14/how-to-detect-incoming-calls-in-android/ ) however I need to add to it and build in further functionality for the phone.So there are 2-3 other pages that the app needs like a settings page where the user turns the app on and off and changes other settings that interact with the phone settings and adjust how the app operates when that call is incoming.I will provide basic layout and images of user & functional requirement for the project. I need the app tested and validated. (This is front of book). i.e. animated background might be snow falling with their photos on cover.2nd screen would have:music choiceuploaded video, images, or take new photo or video choicetext input with choice of font color, font style, sizepicture drawing with choice of color3rd screen would have:send to email, text, etc.Output would have: (when they open file):video would come first with images if added (max 2).followed by notefollowed by drawing with signatureall would show with background music selected.It is very similar to to Vlix holiday cards except the output would look like a storybook with flipping pages.
