He is then given the ability to search for a lender that will accept a loan file based on the information he provides on a web form. This information will be checked against the database and return a list of lenders that should accept the file based upon the info entered by the site admin.EXAMPLE: John Smith is looking for a $150,000 loan for a single family home located in zip code 04351, he has a credit score of XXX, has X open accounts with his highest limit being $XXX. This info is put in the search form, will get checked against the info in the database, and return the following list:AVAILABLE LENDER OPTIONS FOR JOHN SMITH:Lender XYZ - 6.2% RateLender ZYX - 6.5% RateThat should give you a general idea of how the system will work.
