“ Vicky and his crew completed what we would call an approximation of the PSD we provided him for the website. Almost all of the dimensions were incorrect; the HTML/CSS was sloppy and poorly crafted. Communication via Skype and email was reasonable, but the technical knowledge was so limited that we had to spend way more PM hours than we should for a 60 hour project. They also lack fundamental understanding of what should be editable within a CMS. Unfortunately we require a level of craftsmanship that they could not provide and we would not use them again.
