  “ This project was due 3 days ago. When vishoft sent me an APK for testing purposes it needed a lot of work. He demanded more money from me and I refused to release more money because I wasn't getting what I wanted. I offered him to extend the deadline and he refused saying that he had a work plan that he was following. He then filed a dispute and I responded to it indicating all the commitments and requirement that were supposed to be met. I have tried to get my money back or get the product that I paid for. I am frustrated, vishsoft got $50 from me and now he does not respond. All this is on the threads, email and chat we had and all this is posted on this website. My requirements were very known to vishsoft and even before I awarded him the project, we discussed these requirement. I want him to refund my money so I can offer the project to someone else.This project was due 3 days ago. When vishoft sent me an APK for testing purposes it needed a lot of work.
