“ I had doubts outsourcing a BPLAN, that the final product would be stereotypical, non-relevant, bland, and underdeveloped. But I couldn't have been any more wrong. Karen delivered not only a great researched BPLAN with in depth forecasts and research. She bought to my attention issues that was yet to realise, allowing me to change the direction of my business and thus the BPLAN without extra cost. My only dissapointment is that KAREN wishes to pursue developing her own business management office instead of coming to work for me! I have recorded a skype interview between myself and another person which i would like transcribed. The interview goes for 2 hours and 56 minutes.
