    Had high expectations for this provider who claimed to be an Australian firm which will deliver high quality work. The team was based in Pakistan and was not able to complete the work in time. This was only a pilot project with 3 pages to finish, and the team could not even show me any work to review after working on it for more than a month! I didn't want to risk my project delaying further so got a refund from them.

    Project could not deliver promptly which delayed website launch, developer keeps promising to complete those changes but failed to deliver. Really dissappointing!!! Now i have to find a professional developer to finish his job. The interface is not functional, this is worst than before!

    Client clearly explained that they had a VERY BAD PROGRAMMER work on site for nearly 2 years. That developer (as stated by client) made complete mess of site.We delivered on all criteria as project description. Further we fixed MANY BUGS that were a result of the extremely poorly done work on site by last programmer.We also agreed before commencing, that completed code would be installed by clients own "developer". He couldnt do this - so we even installed on client server -which was not the server client had told us it would be. This has caused issues for client - NOT the work we have done. We have committed over $1000 worth of resources to the project , delivered WAY beyond scope of project - and at NO STAGE did we ask for more money as most providers would.We have been professional and supportive. We had staff up in the middle of the night to be available to talk with this client, provided quality work, and have been 100% supportive throughout the entire process.

Client goes online and creates an order ex. 15 still images for tomorrow Tuesday at 11.00am. On the scene the photographer agrees with the client that 17 images are needed to cover what’s needed to be covered (not 15 images). The next morning we have 17 images ready for our client and we invoice our client for 17 images not 15 images as ordered in the first place.The web platform we are striving after has three main steps. 1. Login and ordering process. 2. Creating virtual tour. 3. Automatic delivering after payment process. We are interested in having all 3 steps made for our new web platform but depending on expenses step 3 is the most important since we already have solutions for step 1 +2Since there’s a difference in what’s being ordered and what’s really being delivered means that we can’t use a regular ecommerce/put in basket setup.1. Login and ordering process.Client log in and make an order they choose the time and date for the photo shoot. All orders will automatically generate a unique order number. Here is a short list of the features and functions that we need on the store:- We need a solution where the customer can make most of the design, ex. upload a photo or add on a tshirt, door sign, promotional items and that it will automatically calculate the prices and that the customer get to see a preview of what he/she have designed. On the bottom of the project description i have added a few links to sites with similar functions that we want.(1:1 scaling so the customer can crop pictures that will fit perfectly.)- Many of the products we need to have the option to select different variables like size, color, quality and other variable to be added to the different items. ex. if they choose a bigger size the price will be adjusted for that and they can see an updated picture with the correct size and/or color.With some of the products like door signs the customer will also have to choose additional items(mounts) with the the sign.- The web store design will have to be beautiful, functional and elegant. we also want a contact form and a live chat function so we can chat directly with the customer and assist them before ordering.- Payment options: We need some different payment options like dibs/nets, paypal, google and invoice option(we will manually generate the invoice and send to them).-Shipping options: EDI api integration with Bring and Tollpost(edi-soft.no) so the customer will get updated prices for shipping and we can easily print shipping labels.- Store language: The store will have to be in Norwegian.When customer design a door sign, sign, or apperal we want the picture and or text in a pdf/eps file so its ready for production.Store platform: Designers choice, as long as its secure, fast and got all the features and functions we need.Whom ever is awarded the project might also be hired for updating and making additional functions as needed. This will be discussed later on.Freelancers that nags and have no courtesy need not bid on the project. After reloading page its okay again.only in chrome.16.Show &quot;Konto som är inloggat: &quot; (&quot;Logged in account: &quot;&quot;) and create a logout button beside.17.Bugfix: now when user login to account and then log out, the user info, name address etc, is still showing in one page checkout, and the login red text link is not showing. user is not able to logout=makes it impossible to create new account. only works if you clear cache history in browser,should work anyway. -fix this18.When user press the confirm order he will be directed to order confirmed-page. there should be a logout button instead of the &quot;fortsätt&quot;(continue)-button. after clicking this button user should be directed to first page again.19.Bug fix: sometimes in chrome browser, when user choose delivery date he is redirected to first page! -fix20.When user is typing a new password he shouldnt be redirected to another page as now, but stay on same checkout page and the confirmation: new password sent... should be on same page.21.check for errors: login, place order, logout, login, place new order, logout. everything needs to work. change password, etc.
