• Joomla installation

  It's a simple problem which should take no more that 2 minutes to solve. I have a dedicated server. I use only joomla template for my clients sites. However, lately every that I install a joomla template the installation steps are ok but i end up with a blank page after the installation. I believe I can fix the problem if I spend a little time working on it, but I am in a hurry. Since it's a 2 minute job I am offering $7 to the first bidder who can solve this issue.It's a simple problem which should take no more that 2 minutes to solve. I have a dedicated server.   The core essence of the idea stems from sites like memecenter.com. Please check those two out before proceeding to read..The project is to create a website, start to finish in which there is a common GUI (Graphics User Interface) that people can use to edit images (Prestocked images that are already available at memecenter, try using memecenters 'memebuilder' feature to understand what I mean) and upload them as users on the site. I want all the feature had by memecenter.com and GIF maker (builder). The design should be really unique than memecenter.com and again I need all the functions had by memecenter.com .   I'm looking for a PHP / MSSQL coder.The project is:- Creating an "Item mall" system for a website (For an online game).The website is already done. We only need the item mall system.What has to be done is:⢠Creating payement systems (With paypal, and Starpass)- The user has to login on the website (Loggin function is already made), then he choses "Add points to my account"2 payment methods:1) Paypal: with 10, 20, 30, 40, 50⬠possibilities. If he choses 10, then after the payment is complete, it adds 1400points to his account.2) Starpass: Phone payment system. Once the user enters, and validate all the codes he got from calling, ( 5⬠only ) he gets 700 points.⢠And then the mall system:- The user has to login on the website, once he's logged in, he can access the item mall. In it, there is categories. He choses "Weapons" as an example, then the list of available weapons appear.
