The legal conditions of Self-defence

I-Proclaim Publisher

The book deals with the legal conditions and legitimacy of self-defence of nations in relation to protecting aggression. The theme was discussed as a case study with the Ethio-Eritrean Conflict in 1998-2000 and the consecutive UN Security Council resolutions which tended to restrict its applicability.
