    I want to measure timeframes between milestones in each of our construction projects so that I can monitor the performance of our contractors, suppliers & employees responsible for each task. I created a spreadsheet (attached) to enter the date each project stage is submitted/completed as we progress through each project. What I want created is reports or tables for each milestone/stage, eg. A report/table called Certified Plans as at (today&quot;s date) would contain the details of only the projects which have a date entered in the Request Engineering row. (If there was text in the field, eg. N/A it would not select the project). It would then tell me the date engineering was requested, and the number of business days (must exclude weekends) it had been in engineering/waiting for certified plans as at today&quot;s date. The report would be sorted by number of days in engineering with the longest number of days at the top of the report. I would also like a report that gave me monthly stats eg. average & median number of business days that projects are in engineering.So for each stage in the project lifecycle I am looking for a report telling me the outstanding projects that are at each point, and a report on the monthly performance stats for each stage.To summarise it is really just 2 groups of reports - those highlighting outstanding items at each stage & those providing monthly statistics on the performance at each stage.
