I have also included another photo that has the colors that we would like to use. Another picture that I will send soon is the house under construction, and you can see the types of trees that are behind it. I have also included elevations of the house in black and white, which also includes a roof plan.Please let me know if you require further information, and I hope that we can work together.Hello. House design is made up of existing single story frontage and a new double story contemporary extension to the rear. Renders to include the following;1. Front street view looking from the South West direction - looking for render to be part of photo montage to see how it fits within the streetscape - I will need to supply photo. 2. Rear view of house looking from North West corner over the pool. Need to include general landscaping and general internal furniture.3. View of front entry of house looking at stair well and courtyard beyond.4. Internal view of rear living room looking at contemporary designed kitchen.5. Internal view from kitchen looking in opposite direction.I am uploading concept planning drawings to give you an idea of design etc. The house has been created in Autodesk Rivet, therefore making easier for you to work with an existing acad model. If you choose to take on project I will send model.
