“ Eventually the job got done but the quality of the work wasn't good at all. I found many, many little errors that meant that the system didn't record the data needed properly. I spent far too much time checking his work. I am aware that I would always need to check this type of work but I would expect the developer to check also - the amount of errors where data was going into the wrong database fields or not going in at all were frankly not acceptable.Also, this project ran well over due (by months). I provided very detailed instructions on what I wanted the system to do and these instructions never changed - I had to keep re-sending the instructions as a reminder as to what I originally ask him to do. I did delay the payment on this job because I did not want to send any money until I was certain that the data was being recorded correctly. The system has now been used for 3 months and it seems to be working fine.Not happy with this job at all.Eventually the job got done but the quality of the work wasn't good at all. I need to create an animation of the group so that when the mouse rolls over the group they start to move and play music.We will supply an MP3 music file. The results must play on an ipad as well as normal browsers.The animation should be fairly simple and look natural enough for carton characters. For example. The notes move around a little. The people play their instruments (this can be jumpy to reduce the frames) For the drummer might have four or five positions.
