    This freelancer couldn't complete the project even though he had indicated several times that he understood the requirements. He then made a nuisance of himself pursuing payments for the project even though he didn't/couldn't complete it. Although he probably a competent freelancer he doesn't do the required diligence before bidding and therefore puts delivery as risk because of this. He has wasted a fair amount of my time this project.

    The project was delivered to 99%. I explained with evidence to the employer that there was no way to make the remaining 1%.This employer has no knowledge of computers and could not understand that there are things we can not not code, it was impossible to detect early on that everything is possible.With this employer I lost my time and money.

    I need a database for calculating recipe costings.TABLESAs I see it this would consist of; Table 1: Suppliers - NameTable 2: Ingredient category - categoryTable 3: Units - UnitsTable 4: menu sections - sectionsTable 5: Ingredients: Ingredient name, supplier name (drop down from table 1) Ingredient category (drop down from table2), unit (drop down from table 3) cost per unitTable 6: recipes - For the recipe costings themselves I need to be able to add multiple ingredients, anything from 3 to 30 so it needs to be flexible. Also, I need to be able to add other recipes as ingredients. This could be a separate section but again I need a lot of flexibility in how many I can add.     In our office we use MS Echange. Each user has his own account + access to MS Exchange Public Folders (via MS Outlook). All users can move/copy mail messages to the public folders. This way 5-10% of messages are duplicated (two or more of the same messages got moved/copied to the same Public Folder).I need a VBA script to Run locally on Outlook that would check all Public folder for duplicate messages and provide the option to delete the duplicates (so only one copy remains).We could also except a server side solution (Exchange) if it&quot;s more viable?

    I am stuck creating forms for my commissions database. I need help finishing up this little project, and with the right person, I need to expand on the project later.Problem:Commissions are paid to our agency from several carriers, each sending us monthly or weekly statements. Each statement has one line per policy, much like an order form. We have several agents, whose policies are paid from the carriers. We are looking for someone to go into LinkedIn and mine data from 3 groups. The first 2 groups have around 2000 names each, the last group has around 20,000 entries. The data we are looking for is first name, last name, company, title, location, linkedin url. Additionally, if you can obtain email addresses we will pay a premium for this. The groups are open LinkedIn groups, but you may need an upgraded account in order to access this data. We are currently able to access this data as group members, but do not have the resources or time required in order to harvest all of the information. In every case, we are members of the groups and have executive accounts and can see this info. If you are awarded the contract, you would be responsible for accessing the groups from your own account. We will provide payouts upon completion of each group, with the smaller groups coming first.     We have a report that show payroll for our contractors. This report changes regularly as contractor are added and removed. Each contractor has a block in which all the rates and allowances are set out and added to get a final salary amount.We need to ability to sum these blocks and pull some of the data into a line item per contractor on a new sheet.We also need this to be intuitive for us to add new contractors, so that it will sum them and add them to the line item page.
