I need to put in an email and name submit field on the first page, which will send an email to the person automatically (I have an aweber account for this) but having trouble placing it in the html form in dreamweaver.I also need some help with links... like a ´´next page´´ button... I can´t find where to enter the link for this... there is a survey on each page and its not supposed to go to the next page until all radio buttons are filled out.I have each page saved in a separate folder, as its a copied website, so everything might have to be linked up... or if you could upload it to my server would be great too.
