I type extremely fast (120 WPM) with a 98 % accuracy rate. I've got 5 + years of transcription experience in many areas. This is what I do from my home every day. My business keeps me busy because I'm dependable, reliable, fast and have competitive rates. I'm honest in my negotiations and bids and am able to break down pricing so the customer can understand exactly why I am charging certain rates. In addition to all, I am flexible and always consider the project rather than just what I want to get paid for doing it.

I can accept standard and micro cassettes and MP3 and WAV files. I also have an in-home telephone system set up to receive dictation via the telephone from anywhere in the United States (or out if you wish to pay the long distance charges). The system runs 24/7 and is used by therapists for their notes and business people who want to quickly leave ideas, notes, whatever to be transcribed. There is a 24 hour turn around for this service and I generally charge a flat rate a month.

I can provide a resume and excellent references and have experience in typing projects such as public and judicial hearings, one on one interviews, radio and tv shows (for editing purposes), focus groups, therapy notes, live dictation (conversations), police reports---just to name a few.

I'm familiar with many formats and will type in whatever format is requested. In addition to myself, I have several people I sometimes hire for overflow work. These are people who I trust and have worked with. They too have excellent skills and type at least 100 WPM or more. This ensures that I can get any project done.

I generally do not charge by the word or the line as I type extremely fast. I charge by the hour and will round it down or up by halves in fairness.

Use me because I'm not only a fast typist, but I'm also experienced in running my business. Everything is set up to run smoothly and I already have well established customers and am familiar with recent and new procedures.
