Project requirments: Change style sheet(css), but buyer wanted login,roles functionality modifications, which was not in project description, when i say,' i will create only css , he cancel project. ...

Project Description: We have the source for a program written in asp.net and C#. We have changed some of the design on the pages. There are several features like video recorder and our Live Video Connector which we do with a hyperlink to another page so no programming for this, just a place holder for it...
