“ After the work 6 to 7 days on SMSgateway.. he not paid any milestone.. i upload all work on his server. after the complete work he changed the server details. and close his account on freelancer... t... ”

Project Description: I need a payment system on the website and payment system we want is that customers can SMS "Villa" to "1919" and should thus receive a code back (random) - the code is a license to open an ad on the page...
